If you were to visit any of my listings (or my house) you would quickly realize I am obsessed with lighting. I didn't used to be. Long ago I thought lighting was just the thing that made your room...light. But over the decade+ that I've been doing real estate, I've seen enough home that I have come to realize what a crucial element lighting is to both the feel of a room and the way it functions in real time. Great lighting is the fastest way to make a room feel brand new--it's not only functional but acts almost as a piece of sculpture or art.
